AI insights
A written read of how your staff are doing, from the AI provider you connect.
AI insights writes a short report on the last four weeks: a summary, who is doing well, who may need attention, suggestions, and what the data cannot tell. It uses your own AI key, from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google Gemini or any OpenAI-compatible service such as Mistral or OpenRouter. Add one or several under Connections and mark one as the default.
What is sent
Only numbers and aliases: each staff member becomes "M1", "M2"… with their role, how long they have been on the team, and, for the modules you use, in-game minutes and actions per week, assignments completed, sessions attended or missed, active warnings, and whether they are on leave. Names, emails, usernames, reasons and evidence are never sent. RoWarden puts the names back into the text it keeps. The owner is not analysed.
Controls
- The owner switches it on, per experience, and sets a monthly limit (30 by default). There is also a limit of five an hour.
- People need View and generate AI insights.
- Every insight is saved, so opening the page costs nothing. Errors from the provider are shown as they are; nothing is made up when it fails.
AI can be wrong or unfair. Treat an insight as a prompt for a conversation, not a verdict, and check it against what you know.
