How an appeal works
The player opens your game’s page and signs in with Roblox, so you know which account is appealing (a Discord sign-in is marked as unverified). They see their ban and write their appeal.
- Appeals arrive in your dashboard, next to the player’s full moderation history
- Staff with the right permission accept or deny, with a reply to the player
- Accepting an appeal lifts the ban on Roblox straight away
- Every decision is recorded in the audit log
Part of your game’s page
The same page holds your support tickets, player reports and forms such as staff applications. Share it anywhere, or post it in Discord with /gamepage.
Questions
How do players appeal a ban in my Roblox game?
They visit your game’s RoWarden page (rowarden.com/your-game-id), sign in with Roblox and submit an appeal. Your staff review it in the dashboard.
Does accepting an appeal unban the player?
Yes. Accepting an appeal lifts the ban on Roblox automatically. There is nothing else to do.

- Tickets & formsSupport tickets, player reports, staff applications and suggestion forms for your Roblox game, on one public page and in Discord.
- Staff managementManage your Roblox game’s staff team: roles with precise permissions, activity tracking, an audit log of every action and two-factor authentication.
