Terms of Service
The service
RoWarden provides tools to manage Roblox experiences: staff roles and permissions, moderation, analytics, a Discord bot and related integrations. Features depend on your plan and on what Roblox and Discord make available through their official APIs.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old and follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Discord Terms of Service.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you give access to.
- Only add experiences, groups and Discord servers you own or are authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
- Don't use RoWarden to harass players, abuse moderation tools or break Roblox or Discord rules.
- Don't attempt to access experiences, data or accounts you aren't authorized for, or interfere with the service.
- Don't share API keys or credentials that aren't yours.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits apply to new resources; we don't delete your existing data when you change plans.
Third-party services
RoWarden relies on Roblox and Discord. We aren't responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs, and actions they reject can't be completed. RoWarden is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, RoWarden is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by staff you authorize.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the date above. You can stop using RoWarden and delete your account at any time.
