A Roblox ban system that works in every server

Ban a player once and they’re out of your whole experience: every live server and every server that starts later. No admin script to keep in sync, no ban list in your own datastore.

Bans that go through Roblox itself

RoWarden bans with Roblox’s own ban API (Open Cloud). The ban is stored by Roblox, so it holds in every server, survives restarts and updates, and keeps working even if your game’s scripts change.

Set a duration like 30 minutes, 12 hours, 7 days or permanent. Give a private reason for your team and, if you want, a different reason the player sees.

  • Ban, unban, kick and warn from the website or from Discord
  • Temporary or permanent bans, lifted automatically when they end
  • Roblox’s alt-account detection can keep the player’s other accounts out too
  • A full moderation history for every player: who did what, when and why

Kicks and warnings

Kicking a player who’s online needs the in-game integration, one script you add to your game. Warnings are recorded on the player’s history, so your team sees the whole story before the next decision.

Your staff, with the permissions you choose

Give each staff role exactly what it needs: a trial moderator can warn and kick, a senior moderator can ban, only admins can unban. The same permissions apply on the website, in Discord and in the in-game panel.

Questions

How do I ban someone from my Roblox game in every server?

Add your game to RoWarden with an Open Cloud key, then ban the player from the dashboard or with /moderation ban in Discord. The ban is stored by Roblox, so it applies to every server at once.

Do I need a script in my game for bans?

No. Bans and unbans use Roblox Open Cloud and need no script. Kicking players who are online and in-game messages need the in-game integration.

Can banned players appeal?

Yes. Each game gets a public page where banned players can appeal. Your team reviews it, and accepting the appeal lifts the ban on Roblox.
