Activity tracking

Time in game, actions, leaderboard and trends.

Every half hour, RoWarden totals, per staff member and day, their time in game and their actions (moderation, ticket replies, closed tickets and other changes, from the website, Discord and in game). The Activity page shows a leaderboard, a weekly trend and a flag for people below half the median.

What is measured, honestly

Time in game exists only for staff with a linked Roblox account, once the in-game script with the in-game key is reporting players. Otherwise the page says not measured instead of showing zero. Overlapping sessions (an alt account, two servers) count once, and a session that never closed counts for at most 12 hours.

Who sees what

Everyone sees their own numbers and their rank. See everyone's activity and the leaderboard shows the whole board. Days and weeks follow the experience calendar. Data is kept for 730 days by default; turn on the Staff dashboard module to change it there (the owner, or staff who may manage modules).
