Staff list and profiles
See who your staff are, what they did and when they were last active.
Staff & Permissions lists everyone with their roles, linked accounts, sync status and recent activity. Click a name to open their profile.
A profile shows roles, status, when they joined, when they were last active, their linked Roblox and Discord accounts, 7, 30 and 90-day activity, and their combined permissions. With the matching modules on, it also shows teams, warnings, records and an On leave badge.
Private information
Emails and account names are visible only to the owner and to people with See staff emails and account names, and only for staff below their own rank. Everyone else sees Roblox or Discord usernames.
Inactive staff
Staff with no recorded action for a number of days (14 by default; change it on the Staff page) are flagged as inactive. Bots or people on leave can be left out of the activity graph from the staff list.
