Questionnaires for applications, surveys and sign-ups.
Forms are Google Forms style questionnaires, built by dragging questions into place. Question types: short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, number, date, link and Roblox user. Add sections, images and page breaks for multi-page forms.
Start from a template (staff application, creator application, feedback, event sign-up, suggestions) or from blank. A form can limit responses to one per player, show a confirmation message, post to a Discord log channel and be listed on the experience's public page. Staff with View form responses read the answers, see a summary per question and export CSV.
