Annual billing is cheaper than twelve months. The plan that applies to an experience is the owner's plan, so staff never need a plan of their own.
How access is calculated
Your effective access is the union of all valid sources: a paid subscription, complimentary grants, redeemed license keys and the Free plan. Each limit takes the best value, and when one source ends the others remain. Downgrades never delete data.
